Keyboard shortcuts

Tool and editing shortcuts apply while a project is open and an input, textarea, or editable text region is not focused.

Tools

Change tool characters in Settings → Shortcuts.

Action	Gesture
Pan temporarily	Hold `Space` and drag
Cancel gesture or clear selection	`Escape`
Fit the active page	`0` by default

Releasing Space restores the previous tool. Switching away from Koharu cancels an unfinished canvas gesture.

Use a unique character for each tool. If bindings conflict, the first matching tool in toolbar order wins.

Shortcuts affect the desktop interface, not the exported page.
