.khrproj directory; it does not overwrite imported files.
Create and reopen projects
The start screen lists projects under your operating system’s Documents directory:Import pages
1
Choose files or a folder
Open File → Import Pages → Files to select images, archives, or PDFs. Choose Folder to
scan a directory recursively. Wait for any processing job to finish before importing.
2
Check the imported order
Image paths and archive entries use alphanumeric ordering:
page2.png comes before
page10.png. PDF pages retain document order. Folder import skips unsupported files and does
not follow symbolic links.3
Organize the page rail
Select pages or a range, rename labels, drag pages into order, or delete pages after
confirmation. Page order determines processing order and export filename prefixes.
Imported bytes are copied into content-addressed project storage. Moving or deleting an original source does not remove the imported page.
Back up and restore
Close the project, then copy the entire.khrproj directory. Both state files and blobs are required. To restore it, close Koharu and put the complete directory under Documents/Koharu.
Closing a project preserves its latest saved state but clears session undo and redo history.
